Andry Asmoro is currently serve as Chief Economist of Bank Mandiri since March 2019. His previous work was as Department Head of Macroeconomic and Financial Market Research also known as Senior Economist in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. since 2011. Andry has 19 years of experience in economic. His previous position is Senior Economist in PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. (2010-2011), Economist in PT. Bahana Securities (2008-2010), Senior Research Associate in LPEM FE UI (2000-2008).
Andry holds Master degree in economic from Georgia State University, Atlanta, USA.
Dian Ayu serves as Department Head of Macroeconomics and Financial Market Research in Bank Mandiri since August 2020. Prior to her current position, she worked as Economist and Bond Analyst in Bank Danamon (2012-2020) and Economist in Bank Indonesia (2006-2011). Dian Ayu’s expertise are macroeconomics, currency and bond analysis, and policy formulation. She holds a post graduate degree in Economics and Finance from University of Queensland, Australia with excellent academic records.
Dendi Ramdani is currently a Vice President for Industry and Regional Research at P.T. Bank Mandiri Tbk. since August 2015. Before joining Bank Mandiri, he was a lecturer at Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia and Antwerp Business School, University of Antwerp, Belgium. He has expertise in industry analysis and firm behaviour. He served as a member of the Oil and Gas Reform Task Force, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Tim Reformasi Minyak dan Gas, Kementrian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral) from November 2014-May 2015, just after came back in Indonesia. Prior to that, he did a postdoctoral research funded from Belspo (Belgian Science and Policy) in Belgium from 2011-2014.
He hold a PhD in Applied Economics from University of Antwerp, Belgium in 2013, Master Degree in Economics and Econometrics from University of Groningen, the Netherlands in 2007, Master Degree in International Economics from University of Indonesia in 2005, and Bachelor Degree in Economics and Development Studies from University of Indonesia in 1999.
He has published many articles in international journals such as, British Journal of Management, Journal Business Ethics, International Research Journal of Business Studies, and Sustainability. He also regularly attented and presented his papers in Annual Meeting of Academy of Management in the US and Annual Conference of European Academy of Management in Europe. In Indonesia, he regularly publishes his short articles in nasional newspapers such as, Kontan and Jakarta Post. Andre Simangunsong is the Head of the Mandiri Institute. He leads the Bank’s research initiatives on consumer spending and digitalization. He also initiated the Mandiri Institute flagship report on ESG Implementation in Indonesia as part of Bank Mandiri's contribution to policy formulation on sustainability.
Before Bank Mandiri, Andre Simangunsong was a consultant and economist at several international organizations, including the World Bank, Knowledge Sector Initiatives, and AIPEG. He works mainly to support the Government of Indonesia’s agenda on investment, international trade, and economic growth.
Andre Simangunsong holds a Master's in Applied Finance and Economics from the Victoria University of Wellington.
Sindi Paramita currently serves as Section Head of Data and Administrative Support in Bank Mandiri since 2019. Previously, she worked in various position in Bank Mandiri, including accounting staff, budget and performance management and research.
